USB Connection Problem on TH-D74
#124 Hi guys! I'm writting from Argentina. I have a problem with my D74. I cannot connect it to AGW Packet Engine nor many other softwares via USB (I've already installed the virtual COM port driver), i can make it via Bluetooth but not via USB. Any of you know if this is a firmware bug? Thank you very much! 73, LU5YUS. |
#125 I think others have had that problem. Bluetooth might be easier than a direct USB connection. #128 I think they should fix it in the next firmware update. I found something, if i first connect UI-View32 to the D74, then close UI-View, and then connect AGWPE to D74, it works! But only if i follow that secuence. This tell you something? Thank you! |

#132 I couldn't even get the driver to appear in Device Manager or the MCP program after it was installed. I can see the driver in the driver store folder on the computer. I love many things about this radio, but this isn't one of them :) |
#133 Honestly I think this is a Windows issue as well. toggle quoted messageShow quoted textOn Sep 17, 2018, at 9:26 AM, dug <dugfredericks@...> wrote:
